CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1. Controller and contact details

2. Data processed
Depending on the information supplied by the candidate, we may process: name; telephone number; email address; Telegram and Facebook identifiers or links; desired position; message; a CV uploaded or created with the CV builder; photograph; information about education, professional experience, qualifications, skills and languages; other information voluntarily included in the application or CV; and technical data necessary for security and for recording the submission and consent.
We do not intentionally request an IDNP, identity-card, passport or driving-licence number, banking details, criminal-record information or special categories of data, including health data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or biometric data, sex life or sexual orientation. Do not include such information in a CV, photograph or message. If information is legally required for a particular role, it will be requested separately with appropriate information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to: receive and review an application; contact the candidate through the details provided; prepare and administer a CV; identify suitable employment opportunities; present the relevant professional profile to potential employers or recruitment partners when necessary to fulfil the candidate's request; communicate during the recruitment process; protect the website, prevent abuse and retain evidence of consent; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on the data subject's consent, steps taken at the candidate's request before entering into a contract, legitimate interests in service security and the protection of rights, and applicable legal obligations, in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection.
4. Recipients
Data may be accessed only by authorised PESTE ORIZONT personnel and technical providers strictly necessary for website operation, storage, hosting and message delivery, subject to confidentiality and security obligations. For employment mediation, relevant professional information may be disclosed to potential employers or recruitment partners to assess a suitable opportunity. Data is not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
Where a provider processes data outside the Republic of Moldova, a transfer will take place only under the conditions and safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Retention
The application, CV and related files are normally retained for no longer than 6 months after submission and are then deleted or anonymised, unless the candidate requests earlier deletion, agrees to a new period, or retention is required to comply with a legal obligation or defend a legal right. Technical records strictly necessary for security and evidence of consent may be retained for as long as justified by those purposes.
6. Data-subject rights
Subject to the conditions provided by law, you have the right to information and transparency, access, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. PESTE ORIZONT does not make employment decisions solely through automated processing.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing pesteorizont@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and does not prevent processing based on another applicable legal ground.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova and apply to the competent court.
7. Confirmation of consent
By ticking the checkbox and submitting the application, you confirm that you have read and understood this document and freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously consent to the processing of the supplied data for the purposes described above. Providing data is voluntary; however, PESTE ORIZONT cannot respond without at least one contact method.
